LIFT OVERVIEW
PVE 30
To the best of our knowledge, the PVE 30 is the smallest home lift available worldwide, but its size does not limit its capabilities. The PVE 30 home lift has a 159kg capacity and can rise up to 11m over as many as four stops. With a 760mm outside diameter, there are very few homes that do not have the space to accommodate the PVE 30 single-passenger residential lift.
The PVE 30 home lift was designed as a compact alternative to using the stairs and is ideal for townhomes and tight areas where a traditional residential lift would not be feasible. The smallest of the three vacuum lift models only requires a 785mm finished through-floor hole to accommodate the lift cylinders. For balcony/mezzanine style installation, the self-supporting home lift can be installed and secured against the upper landing(s) with a steel balcony band bolted to the landings. No lift shaft is required as the self-contained lift rests on the existing ground floor. Made of polycarbonate and aluminium, it provides a 360° panoramic view as you travel from floor to floor within the home.
The cabin has LED lighting and a fan that circulates ambient air throughout the lift interior. Access to the PVE 30 is through the same side door openings.
The power supply required for the world’s smallest home lift is a 220V, dedicated supply with a 32 A, D-type circuit breaker and single-phase service, similar to domestic appliances like washing machines. From an environmental and cost-saving standpoint, the PVE 30 home lift uses the least energy of all Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator models and, like all PVE lift models, consumes virtually no energy on descent, since it requires no electricity.
As the smallest home lift among pneumatic lift models, the PVE 30 has quickly become the ultimate space-saving solution for a domestic lift. If you need a personal home lift but can’t accommodate the PVE 52 or PVE 37 lift models, the PVE 30 offers the perfect solution.
